1. Eligibility for Returns

Since we sell food and consumable items, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.

  • The product is expired or not fit for consumption upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must share clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or clearance (unless defective or damaged).

  • Digital gift cards or downloadable materials (if applicable).


3. Replacement Policy

Once we verify your claim and approve the request:

  • A replacement will be sent for eligible cases at no extra cost.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that the replacement process may take 5–7 business days after claim approval.


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for your bank details or UPI ID for refund processing
