1. Eligibility for Returns
Since we sell food and consumable items, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.
The product is expired or not fit for consumption upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must share clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
Items purchased during sales, offers, or clearance (unless defective or damaged).
Digital gift cards or downloadable materials (if applicable).
3. Replacement Policy
Once we verify your claim and approve the request:
A replacement will be sent for eligible cases at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that the replacement process may take 5–7 business days after claim approval.
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for your bank details or UPI ID for refund processing
